Elders
Rick Anderson
Rick Anderson grew up in the west, living in California, Texas, and Wyoming. He graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and then attended the University of Notre Dame Law School, graduating in 1976. It was while practicing law in Wyoming that he was saved by God’s grace. Rick was involved in a private practice and then as a criminal prosecutor for 10 years. In 1987 he began attending the Master’s Seminary and upon graduation was called to Faith Community Church. Rick has been pastoring at Faith Community since 1989. He is married to Penny and has three daughters and ten grandchildren.
Tim Sheehy
Tim Sheehy came to Christ in high school. He has been an elder at Faith Community Church since 1988 and a Sunday school teacher for a little bit longer. With his wife Lesli he raised 5 children, and he is now retired from his profession as a neurologist, having received his education at Stanford, Northwestern and The University of Texas.
Kevin Bailey
Kevin Bailey was born in Seattle, WA and grew up in the San Fernando Valley. He served on the Los Angeles Fire Department for 30 years. From there, he worked as the Athletic Director at a private Christian school. Kevin responded to the gospel as a young firefighter and began attending Faith Community Church in the mid 1990’s. Kevin and his wife Julie, have four sons and welcomed their first grandchild in 2023 and look forward to more!

Deacons
The qualifications for the office of deacon are described in I Timothy 3:8-13. Specific responsibilities are not identified; however, based upon the pattern of Acts 6, the role of deacon is generally understood to be to assist the elders in the administration of benevolence and help to the congregation.
